The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ahs adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re Fighting against Corruption)"

The Bill (Reg.№3428) envisages implementation of the amendments in the article 67 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning the circumstances that aggravate the punishments.

It is also suggested that the list of criminals should be introduced according whom "The Law on Amnesty in Ukraine" is not implemented.
